Problem/Success: Project has a halt when we bought first stair case runner rug and the store was out of stock of the same material.
Impact: Delay in time to complete the project within 2 weeks.
Recommendations: Measure all the rug needed for the whole project. Do not start first one half then later go to the 2nd half and realize you need to end up buying the rug Online which can take long time delivery.
