Project Summary
This narrative is a summary for project the "Stairs Runner Rug" to show all details on how good or bad this project was conducted throughout it's lifecycle. A brief background for this project is to Remove old rug, repaint and install runner rug. This project was been ran by Zarah Vazquez Ortiz as the Project Manager. The project budget overrun the planned/expected budget by $50.00 more. This project has been set as "Archived" and the project results was Success.
On Friday, September 25, 2020, during Executing phase an issue was identified as Out of stock from carpet runners and logged by Joel Jacobson. Project has a halt when we bought first stair case runner rug and the store was out of stock of the same material. was the problem/success occured while executing previous mentioned phase. This issue will have an impact towards knowledge area Project Time Management by Delay in time to complete the project within 2 weeks.. The team came together to had the best reccomendation for this issue by Measure all the rug needed for the whole project. Do not start first one half then later go to the 2nd half and realize you need to end up buying the rug Online which can take long time delivery. This lesson log will be follow-up by Zarah Vazquez. to make sure it doesn't occur again.

| Even that we had to purchase some of the project materials online due to out of stock in store the project end results was what we expected. | |

Issue Title: Out of stock from carpet runners
Problem Arised: Project has a halt when we bought first stair case runner rug and the store was out of stock of the same material.
