Problem/Success: System expansion tank shoulds hold for approximitaly 4 years. It lasted 2 years.
Impact: This issue cause a flood and stai nthe carpet. Cleaning supply and equipment has to be bought to conduct a deep clean of the carpet.
Recommendations: Make sure if you already had a company who provide service and maintnace to your boiler and water/heater system continue working with that company as external party might not use the proper equipment.

Impact: Affected duration of the time to be worked on. Increased from 1 hour to an hour and a half.
Recommendations: In the long run, the Heater unit should be the same location as the laundry room for better space.

It went success as the technician on the work order was the person who upgraded the system initially. He knew that system.
Timeframe went smooth for about 2 hours.
