This narrative is a summary for project the "Heater Water Leak" to show all details on how good or bad this project was conducted throughout it's lifecycle. A brief background for this project is to Overflow pipe and pressure valve seal leak. Contact Mountain Mechanical to conduct an inspection and get the issue findings for correction. This project was been ran by Joel Richard Jacobson as the Project Manager. The project budget overrun the planned/expected budget by $85.00 more. This project has been set as "Archived" and the project results was Success.
On Monday, June 27, 2022, during Closing phase an issue was identified as Cheap brand from another vender . System expansion tank shoulds hold for approximitaly 4 years. It lasted 2 years. was the problem/success occured while executing previous mentioned phase. This issue will have an impact towards knowledge area Project Lessons Learned by This issue cause a flood and stai nthe carpet. Cleaning supply and equipment has to be bought to conduct a deep clean of the carpet.. The team came together to had the best reccomendation for this issue by Make sure if you already had a company who provide service and maintnace to your boiler and water/heater system continue working with that company as external party might not use the proper equipment. This lesson log will not have a follow-up. to make sure it doesn't occur again.

Space constraint to the contractor to work on replacing components. was the problem/success occured while executing previous mentioned phase. This issue will have an impact towards knowledge area Project Time Management by Affected duration of the time to be worked on. Increased from 1 hour to an hour and a half.. The team came together to had the best reccomendation for this issue by In the long run, the Heater unit should be the same location as the laundry room for better space. This lesson log will not have a follow-up. to make sure it doesn't occur again.

The team came together to had the best reccomendation for this issue by identify the problem and correct as soon as possible This lesson log will not have a follow-up. to make sure it doesn't occur again.

Issue Title: Cheap brand from another vender
Problem Arised: System expansion tank shoulds hold for approximitaly 4 years. It lasted 2 years.
