This narrative is a summary for project the "Project Lesson Learned Web App" to show all details on how good or bad this project was conducted throughout it's lifecycle. A brief background for this project is to New Web Application to track all project lessons learned and centralize files associated with a project to be used in the future as part of the research. Security system implemented to be managed by appropriate resources. This project was been ran by Joel Richard Jacobson as the Project Manager. The project budget overrun the planned/expected budget by $350.00 more. This project has been set as "Archived" and the project results was Success.

On Friday, October 8, 2021, during Planning phase an issue was identified as Matching Documentation Data . Didn't found the required documentation was the problem/success occured while executing previous mentioned phase. This issue will have an impact towards knowledge area Project Quality Management by Damage the research results. The team came together to had the best reccomendation for this issue by Validation of data collected This lesson log will not have a follow-up. to make sure it doesn't occur again.

On Monday, October 11, 2021, during Executing phase an issue was identified as Computer System Overconfidence . Computer system wasn't designed to manage large amount of applications and heavy tools at the same time. was the problem/success occured while executing previous mentioned phase. This issue will have an impact towards knowledge area Project Cost Management by Compute SSD crashed and overheat processor. New computer system needed to be purchased. Budget affected to original Project Charter.. The team came together to had the best reccomendation for this issue by If this type of project was associated with programming which required larga amount of processing and memory to be managed, a deep analysis should f be performed to buyout a new system adequate to this type of project. This lesson log will not have a follow-up. to make sure it doesn't occur again.
