A brief background for this project is to Extend current front porch with 16'" x4'"x 2". This project has been assigned to Joel Richard Jacobson as the Project Manager. The project budget planned/expected to be spent is $1,500.00 dollars. The current status of this project is set to "Not Started" as project still waiting on approval by the project sponsor.
On Friday, October 8, 2021, during Planning phase an issue was identified as Wood planks overpriced. and logged by Joel Jacobson. The cost of the wood plans 2x4 has been skyrocket. was the problem/success occured while executing previous mentioned phase. This issue will have an impact towards knowledge area Project Cost Management by My initial budget is set in place.. The team came together to had the best reccomendation for this issue by Before setting up a budget do a deep thorough analysis of cost. This lesson log will be follow-up by Joel Jacobson. to make sure it doesn't occur again.
