Project Summary

This narrative is a summary for project the "Home left tree removal" to show all details on how good or bad this project was conducted throughout it's lifecycle. A brief background for this project is to Contact Gage Tree company to schedule an appointment for a tree removal including stomp at the left side of the house. This project was been ran by Joel Richard Jacobson as the Project Manager. This project has been set as "Archived" and the project results was Success.

On Monday, September 6, 2021, during Planning phase an issue was identified as Bundle Saving . Due to hurry needs I didn't add the 3 additional stumps in the front yard of the house. was the problem/success occured while executing previous mentioned phase. This issue will have an impact towards knowledge area Project Cost Management by Cost and time saving due to seperate projects.. The team came together to had the best reccomendation for this issue by Analyze and evaluate cost efficiency when comes down to split projects. Should of combine 2 projects in one by saving 400+ dollars. This lesson log will not have a follow-up. to make sure it doesn't occur again.
