This narrative is a summary for project the "Home downstairs carpet replacement" to show all details on how good or bad this project was conducted throughout it's lifecycle. A brief background for this project is to The bottom downstairs has over 35 years old carpet and needs an upgrade. The carpet should be animal proof, stain proof, and odorless proof. The carpet should have at least half-inch of thickness and a total of 1 inch with padding. The carpet should be color light blue with grey. Excess should be included for future patching or repair. This project was been ran by Joel Richard Jacobson as the Project Manager. The project budget overrun the planned/expected budget by $100.00 more. This project has been set as "Archived" and the project results was Success.

On Thursday, May 25, 2017, during Executing phase an issue was identified as Mold areas under old carpet found. . Mold was found in the hallway close to the bathroom and boiler rooms. was the problem/success occured while executing previous mentioned phase. This issue will have an impact towards knowledge area Project Time Management by Delayed 1 day on installation after removing old carpet.. The team came together to had the best reccomendation for this issue by If an old carpet will be removed and it is older than 30 years there will be a possible situation of mold found. Have a ready product of mold removal or mold cleaning product to work those areas the same day to prevent a full day of delay. This lesson log will not have a follow-up. to make sure it doesn't occur again.
