Project Summary
This narrative is a summary for project the "Upgrade Kitchen Door Panels" to show all details on how good or bad this project was conducted throughout it's lifecycle. A brief background for this project is to Latches and handles doors cabinets on the kitchen set to be updated to a new modern style. This project was been ran by Zarah Vazquez Ortiz as the Project Manager. The project budget overrun the planned/expected budget by $200.00 more. This project has been set as "Archived" and the project results was Success.
On Thursday, June 3, 2021, during Planning phase an issue was identified as Handles and Latches too modern and logged by Joel Jacobson. Installer realized that the handles were too modern style to match to the current door. was the problem/success occured while executing previous mentioned phase. This issue will have an impact towards knowledge area Project Scope Management by It wont looks good as end results due to unmatched style design.. The team came together to had the best reccomendation for this issue by Take a photo of the current door panels on the kitchen and at the store put over the handle to see how they will look like before buying them. This lesson log will be follow-up by Zarah Vazquez. to make sure it doesn't occur again.
On Monday, October 18, 2021, during Executing phase an issue was identified as No white semi gloss paint available and logged by Joel Jacobson. Drill bits was peeling off chips of the back door. was the problem/success occured while executing previous mentioned phase. This issue will have an impact towards knowledge area Project Cost Management by This is a concern as paint has to be bought for a matching color for retouch door panels after drilling the new hole handles.. The team came together to had the best reccomendation for this issue by Had upfront matching color before drilling to keep time schedule on time and no multiples days. This lesson log will be follow-up by Joel Jacobson. to make sure it doesn't occur again.

Didn't match the nickel color from the latches. was the problem/success occured while executing previous mentioned phase. This issue will have an impact towards knowledge area Project Time Management by Time consumption after installing 2 of them had to remove them to go exchange at store.. The team came together to had the best reccomendation for this issue by Take photo of current latches and handles to make sure they both same color and material. This lesson log will not have a follow-up. to make sure it doesn't occur again.

Issue Title: Handles and Latches too modern
Problem Arised: Installer realized that the handles were too modern style to match to the current door.
