Project Summary
This narrative is a summary for project the "Patio gathering area setup" to show all details on how good or bad this project was conducted throughout it's lifecycle. A brief background for this project is to Setup a 10 ' x 16 ' area for gathering patio well done. This will include leveling the ground, get the desire pavement stones, bencj, firepit base, side steps from stairways and gardering section. This project has been assigned to Zarah Vazquez Ortiz as the Project Manager. The project budget planned/expected to be spent is $700.00 dollars. The current status of this project is set to Started as work still in progress.
On Friday, October 8, 2021, during Initial phase an issue was identified as Level terraine and logged by Joel Jacobson. Terrain needs to be balance before putting pavement stones was the problem/success occured while executing previous mentioned phase. This issue will have an impact towards knowledge area Project Quality Management by Time delay. The team came together to had the best reccomendation for this issue by Fill with dirt pound and water. Wait 2 days and check for sinking. This is longer than normal meassure first using a nail and how many inches needed to level the groud. Get cubical meassurement from long by width by height and order appropiate amount of D1 Compound gravel. This lesson log will be follow-up by Joel Jacobson. to make sure it doesn't occur again.

The team came together to had the best reccomendation for this issue by Initially should mesure properly the are of 10 x 16 feet to get an estimated meassure of distance and space between each pavement stone. And get the total of pavement stones needed. This lesson log will not have a follow-up. to make sure it doesn't occur again.

Run out of inventory at home depot for specific pavement stones was the problem/success occured while executing previous mentioned phase. This issue will have an impact towards knowledge area Project Cost Management by Delay in time and affect the budget on delivery cost. Wasilla Store has to request transfer from Kenai Store.. The team came together to had the best reccomendation for this issue by Buy upfront all materials. by phases we didn't realized winter don't produce those stone in Alaska This lesson log will be follow-up by Joel Jacobson. to make sure it doesn't occur again.

Problem Arised: Terrain needs to be balance before putting pavement stones
Impact Results: Time delay
